Management Analyst FBI ERF​/REU; Top Secret

Position Description

CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst I to support FBI/REU in Quantico, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities include supporting the Radio Circuits team, which processes, facilitates, and maintains records for radio equipment requests and circuit installations. The team engages Telecommunications Managers, Local Exchange Carriers, and contract vendors in communications regarding circuit orders (installations, relocations, extensions, modifications, and terminations). Team members access internal and external software programs to provide pertinent information for Field Office support and project coordination, and to initiate payment of circuit‑related bills.

The team also ensures FBI circuits receive priority during emergencies through Telecommunications Service Priority code requests.

• Prepare orders for FBI, DEA, ATF, USMS, Park Police, Washington State Police (WSP) and PG Game Commission, coordinating with Telecommunications Managers (TMs) and Electronics Technicians (ETs) on order information.
• Order additional services for circuits; demark extensions, site survey, site requirements and special construction.
• Revise orders as needed for Service Enabling Devices (SEDs), address issues, POC, service type, etc.
• Submit and track pricing requests on new addresses.
• Track orders updating the Field Office circuit tracker spreadsheets daily for each Field Office.
• Upon order completion, enter circuit identification information into the SLMR database.
• Track, retrieve, or request missing information from vendors.
• File Management, maintain thousands of circuit records.
• Maintain all direct circuit bills. Track payments in the SLMR database.
• Research and request missing Direct Bill invoices for past‑due amounts.
• Manage circuit trouble tickets. Capture site outage instances. Report frequent circuit outages to management and work with circuit providers to rectify outage frequency.
• Log and track MOD status.
• Login, enter and track TMD requests.
• Work with the circuit lead to create procedural documentation for circuit‑related taskings.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Must hold an active top‑secret clearance; due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.

Must be able to pass a CGI background investigation.

Hourly Rate: $25.72/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
