Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Implementation Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.
What You'll Be Doing:- Investigates and resolves defects related to the developed software systems.
- Oversees the quality of test activities during the release of products to production.
- Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the architect of seamless transitions, ensuring new client success and driving operational excellence.
- You’ll orchestrate everything from logistics and training to recruitment and process optimization, making a tangible impact on our clients' businesses.
- Develops implementation plans, manages logistics, recruits, and onboards.
- Conducts orientations, implements training programs, and ensures quality standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, managing logistics, resources, and timelines.
- CAPM – Entry‑level PMI certification verifying foundational project management knowledge.
- ITIL 4 Foundation – Standardized IT service management credential for operational excellence.
- CompTIA Security+ CE – Baseline cybersecurity certification for DoD system access.
- Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family.
- Advanced knowledge of general principles and practices of the functional area.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadline.
- Advanced written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot urgent production issues.
- Proficient in developing software in one or more operating systems environment (Windows, Linux, etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
- PMP – Advanced project leadership and stakeholder management credential.
- PMI‑ACP® – Validates expertise in agile principles and practices.
- CompTIA Network+ CE – Confirms understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting.
An active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
