The Air Force and Combatant Commands Business Group of SAIC is seeking a Windows Engineer to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA. SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation's information.

DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies. Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, an cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).

Seeking a Windows Engineer that will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system operating systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and regulations. The successful candidate will be managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows operating systems. They will manage multiple Windows domains, using Active Directory, Group Policy, Power Shell, and various tools and processes.

This position is onsite in Quantico, VA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows operating systems
• Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems
• Use Power Shell to automate tasks, deploy applications and other infrastructure related tasks
• Evaluates vendor products
• Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced staff members
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
• Maintains systems documentation Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
• 5+ years of related systems engineering experience in systems administration and analysis
• IAT-II Certification (i.e., Sec+)
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
