Position OverviewDigital Consultants is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to join the IT Technology Development division within the NCIS ITD organization.
Duties- Initiate and resolve service requests and problem incidents.
- Consult with the user community to resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self‑service ticket, supporting internal and/or outside customers with computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Use problem‑solving skills to diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems, utilizing historical database records.
- Route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
- Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
- Alert management to recurring problems and patterns.
- Work with system administrators and developers to ensure services and incidents are completed.
- Provide outstanding customer service across all organizational levels.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support.
- Active Top Secret clearance, eligible to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security +CE, CCNA Security, CySA++, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP).
