Position: Due Diligence Unit (DDU) - Team Lead with Security Clearance
Description Due Diligence Analyst Team Lead - (Due Diligence Unit) The Due Diligence Unit Team Lead manages the deep-dive analysis of complex corporate structures. When the Triage unit flags a risk, your team investigates. You will lead the production of Entity Vulnerability Assessments (EVAs), unraveling layers of beneficial ownership, private equity backing, and potential adversary influence. Security Clearance:
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 Investigation)

Quantico, VA

Key Responsibilities:

* Analytic Leadership:
Oversee the production of ~13,000 annual Entity Vulnerability Assessments, ensuring they meet the "80% Quality Standard" for analytic rigor and writing.
* Complex Investigations:
Personally handle or supervise the most complex cases-involving multi-national mergers, opaque holding companies, and Section 847 high-risk entities.
* Financial Tradecraft:
Guide the team in analyzing financial health, M&A activity, and board composition to identify non-obvious control mechanisms.
* Reporting:
Synthesize complex business data into clear, actionable intelligence reports for DCSA decision-makers.

Minimum Requirements

* Experience:

8+ years in risk analysis, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, or competitive intelligence.

* Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, International Relations, or related field.
* Skillset:
