Location: Lusail

Trocadero Theme Park is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Park Bookings to drive group and individual booking sales for our park. The role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

This position requires a confident sales professional with strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell park booking packages to individuals, families, schools, corporates, and group clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close bookings
  • Negotiate pricing and packages in line with company guidelines
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up logs
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Guest Services to ensure smooth execution of bookings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and partners
  • Actively follow up on leads and generate repeat business
  • Stay updated on park attractions, promotions, and pricing
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in park bookings, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or leisure industries
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience handling B2C and B2B bookings is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (mandatory)
  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Organized with good follow-up and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
