🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The Account Executive will drive business growth by managing client accounts end-to-end, from pitching and onboarding to campaign execution and reporting. They will develop tailored marketing proposals, coordinate with internal teams on deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and solution‑oriented support.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On- Drive business development by identifying, pitching, and closing marketing service opportunities with event organizers and partners.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts throughout the full lifecycle: onboarding, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and out boarding.
- Develop tailored marketing proposals, budget plans, and performance forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables, creatives, ad operations, and reporting.
- Maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication, expectation management, and solution‑oriented support.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and ROI‑driven recommendations to clients.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Ensure all campaigns follow efficient internal processes and align with Snoonu (S City) standards and best practices.
- Availability for on‑ground event operations for coordination when required.
- 2–3 years of experience in events, account management, sales, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high‑volume environment.
- Relationship‑driven approach with strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English. Arabic will be a plus.
