Merchandise Associate; Seasonal

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction.

The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

The merchandise associate is responsible for maintaining and organizing the storefront by stocking shelves, appealingly arranging merchandise, and building product displays to create a smooth shopping experience.

• Handles customer concerns and inquiries.
• Attends the cash register as needed.
• Coordinates with team members for smooth operations.
• Receiving new merchandise and stocking shelves on the sales floor.
• Restocking and neatly repacking unsold items onto shelves.
• Preparing merchandise for purchase by entering items into store inventory and applying sales tags.
• Assembling product displays, dressing mannequins, and arranging merchandise in storefront windows.
• Promoting a positive store culture.
• To ensure that all company's Merchandising directives are being adhered to.
• Ensuring that product prices are clearly marked and that items are properly displayed.

• A high school diploma.
• Previous experience in retail, inventory, or merchandising, preferably in a theme park or waterpark environment.
• Good knowledge in computer use.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
