Overview

🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure! The CRM Intern will support the execution and optimization of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns. Working closely with the CRM team, this role will focus on building and launching campaigns in Braze across various communication channels, ensuring accurate setup, strong copy, and smooth execution.

• Assist in setting up, testing, and launching campaigns in Braze
• Build campaigns across push notifications, email, in-app messages (pop-ups), content cards, SMS, and Whats App
• Support audience segmentation and targeting configuration
• Conduct thorough QA to ensure correct personalization, links, triggers, and timing
• Draft and adapt copy for different CRM channels (push, email, SMS, in-app, etc.)
• Coordinate campaign timelines and support day-to-day CRM operations
• Help monitor campaign performance and extract key insights
• Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and optimization efforts
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams as needed

• Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adjust tone based on channel and audience
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
