Marketing Coordinator

This position provides administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role ensures smooth workflow across marketing projects assists with day-to-day tasks and performs additional duties as assigned to support the teams objectives.

  • Assist marketing managers and executives with daily tasks including scheduling correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
  • Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations and reports as requested.
  • Support event planning and execution including logistics and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, databases and filing systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing social media updates, email campaigns and other marketing communications as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by managers to support business priorities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks and campaigns progress efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role preferably in marketing.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing tasks and requirements.
