Lusail Head Office - 6 Days & 9 Hours
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors
- Proven ability to handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments
- Experience in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting qualified candidates
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Skilled in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills
- Commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
