New Salon in the city is hiring an energetic & well‑experienced Female Branch Manager for the Hair salon. Enthusiastic and passionate candidates are welcome to join and excel in our team.

The Candidate must be a Beauty Therapist as she will be handling a hair salon. The Branch Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the business unit, profit and customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager leads teams to provide excellent services, maximize profit and follow all health and safety regulations. She is in charge of monitoring the training of staff members and managing the business unit’s day‑to‑day activities.

• Supervising activities and salon operations.
• Arranging and managing the salon employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
• Increase the sales of the service and retain more customers.
• Concentrate more on the hike in revenue.
• Create common ground between the staff.
• Ensure quality services are provided.
• Handle customer complaints and take immediate action to solve it.
• Resolve employees dispute in the business unit and report the incidents accordingly.
• Motivate employees and assign daily, weekly and monthly targets to employees and make sure they are achieving the assigned target.
• Concentrate on upselling & cross‑selling.
• Encourage the customers to buy retail products.

• Must be a Female.
• Minimum 5+ years experience as Beauty Therapist.
• Good communication skills.
• Language:
  English and Arabic are mandatory.
• Good numerical abilities.
• A keen eye on details.
• Good time management skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
