Partner Settlement – Finance & Partner Settlement Team

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented finance professional to drive accurate and timely settlement and reconciliation of our partner payments.

• Oversee end‑to‑end partner settlement cycles and ensure error‑free execution.
• Develop and maintain settlement schedules and communicate changes to external partners.
• Lead daily and monthly reconciliations of partner accounts, comparing internal systems with bank statements.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries that pull, validate, and analyze large volumes of transaction data.
• Design and maintain data dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to monitor settlement status, reconciliation progress, and key KPI trends.
• Implement best practices for database integrity and collaborate with IT to enhance data structures.
• Identify and automate repetitive processes (RPA, AI‑driven alerts, workflow integration) to reduce manual effort and error rates.
• Serve as the primary liaison between partners, internal departments (Operations, Sales, Tech) and external vendors, providing clear reports and resolving payment disputes.
• Analyze settlement trends, develop improvement roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and Snoonu’s internal policies, participate in audits and support external auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in settlements, financial operations, or reconciliation roles (e‑commerce/fintech experience is a plus).
• Strong SQL and database skills – proficient in query writing, optimization, and familiarity with database management tools.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dig into complex datasets, identify patterns, and drive data‑driven recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, balancing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to collaborate across functional groups.
• Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
