Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lusail Qatar. As a Civil Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our civil engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers contractors and subcontractors
• Develop and implement project schedules ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites
• Review and interpret construction drawings specifications and other technical documents
• Manage project budgets and resources identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Lead and mentor a team of construction workers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management
• Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and environmental standards
• Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects
• Valid Qatar driving license
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
