Civil Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Civil Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently safely and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and lead construction teams on various civil engineering projects
• Coordinate daily site operations including resource allocation and task assignments
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Implement and enforce safety procedures conducting toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Manage and maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports and labor records
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly escalating to management when necessary
• Monitor and control material usage and equipment utilization for optimal efficiency
• Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and promote best practices

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects preferably in Qatar or the GCC region
• Proven track record as a Civil Foreman with strong site supervision and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods techniques and industry best practices
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Valid Qatar driving license or ability to obtain one
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Familiarity with project management software and digital tools is preferred
