Chef de Partie - £32,000 per annum, full-time with live-in available
Permanent luxury resort role in Pwllheli

We're recruiting a Chef de Partie for a permanent position within a luxury, privately owned coastal resort in Pwllheli. This is a high-quality kitchen environment set within an exclusive destination known for premium accommodation, first-class leisure facilities, and refined dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you'll be part of a professional brigade delivering high standards across a premium food offering by:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Working within a fresh-food kitchen serving resort guests in a luxury environment
Contributing ideas to menus with a focus on quality and presentation
Supporting and training junior members of the kitchen team
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Managing stock, deliveries, and wastage efficiently
Ensuring all kitchen compliance and food safety records are kept up to date

What we're looking for:

2-3 years' experience in a fresh-food, fast-paced kitchen
Level 2 Food Hygiene certification and allergen awareness training
Confidence leading and supporting junior chefs
A strong team ethic with pride in quality and consistency
A flexible and professional approach suited to a luxury hospitality setting
