Job DescriptionThe Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dispatchers to ensure that pick-up and delivery tow times meet the Service Level Agreement between IAA and providers and that paperwork is completed fully and accurately to maximize payments received for services.
Responsibilities- Careful monitoring of our driver performance, equipment performance, business volume, and managing related costs
- Responsible for providing efficient and timely pickup/delivery tow service
- Distributing assignments and deliveries to drivers
- Reviewing driver logs and timecards
- Maintaining driver files
- Communicating driver problems to managementli>
- Dispatcher/Customer Support training and oversight
- Other duties as assigned per business needs
- 2 years related work experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred
- Positive attitude
- Professional and clean appearance
- Able to communicate effectively
- Computer Literate
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point - Clean DMV & drug screen required
- Travel up to 25% of time
