Supervisor, Dispatch

Description

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dispatchers to ensure that pick-up and delivery tow times meet the Service Level Agreement between IAA and providers and that paperwork is completed fully and accurately to maximize payments received for services.

• 2 years related work experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in the equipment rental or construction industry and/or related field preferred
• Positive attitude
• Professional and clean appearance
• Able to communicate effectively
• Computer Literate
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Clean DMV & drug screen required
• Travel up to 25% of time
• Typical Field Office Environment

• Careful monitoring of our driver performance, equipment performance, business volume, and managing related costs
• Responsible for providing efficient and timely pickup/delivery tow service
• Distributing assignments and deliveries to drivers
• Reviewing driver logs and timecards
• Maintaining driver files
• Communicating driver problems to management
• Dispatcher/Customer Support training and oversight
• Other duties as assigned per business needs
