HVAC Service Technician

• Hourly Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience
• Incentives:
  
  Eligible for spiffs and commission on equipment upgrades or service contracts
• Annual Total Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000+ a year, total compensation with hourly pay and incentives, based on performance

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Lead troubleshooting and advanced system diagnostics
• Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
• Proven professionalism and customer service focus
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Basic tools required
