Ranger Heating & Cooling is seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Technician to take the lead on complex service and repair work for our residential and light commercial clients across the Puget Sound region. - Competitive Pay Range
- Hourly Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour, based on experience
- Incentives:
Eligible for spiffs and commission on equipment upgrades or service contracts - Annual Total Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000+ a year, total compensation with hourly pay and incentives, based on performance
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Lead troubleshooting and advanced system diagnostics
- Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting ability
- EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
- Proven professionalism and customer service focus
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Basic tools required
