• Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour + spiffs/incentives (high opportunity for spiffs by identifying and referring necessary repairs to the service team)

System cleanings, safety inspections, and identifying potential repair needs.

• Some HVAC experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• EPA certification is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Salary: $28 - $38 per hour
