GENERAL SCOPE:

Opportunity to use pride, passion and a love for competition to help Olympic Eagle create and maintain an image of being the leader in the market. Must possess the ability to train, coach, motivate and supervise Sales Representatives and Relief representatives. Must also possess the skills necessary to increase sales in Olympic Eagle’s licensed retail accounts located within their assigned territory.

Must be able to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, with the intent to maximize brand exposure and brand image for Anheuser-Busch and its alliance partners.

Full-time position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensure product is properly rotated in all accounts at all times
  • Train, coach and motivate assigned Sales Representatives on a daily basis
  • Monitor Sales Representatives performance and be able to direct and modify employee behavior to ensure processes are being followed, and quality and image is maintained.
  • Assist Area Directors in managing all aspects of the Sales Departments
  • Interviewing, evaluating and selecting applicants for sales team positions
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations
  • Schedule and conduct required quarterly Team Sell and Ride Withs
  • Develop monthly tactical objectives and point sheets
  • Communicate daily with Area Directors, Delivery Drivers, Relief Representatives and Merchandising team
  • Develop promotional concepts and participate in promotional activities that enhance brand exposure and image as well as increase the customer’s business
  • Maintain Anheuser-Busch and Olympic Eagle’s standards for quality and service
  • Strive to achieve all company sales and distribution objectives
  • Regularly schedule and coordinate weekly/bi-weekly sales meetings
  • Execute and track all company incentive programs
  • Report all competitive activity in the marketplace to Area Director
  • Obey laws and regulations of the State of Washington as well as Federal regulations pertaining to the sales and promotion of alcoholic beverages

Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Sales and/or company or industry experience required
  • Knowledge and previous experience with handling, servicing and installing draught products and systems preferred
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable
  • Minimum of a 6th grade math and English proficiency required
  • Ability to, occasionally, lift a minimum of 21lbs and a maximum of 160lbs required
  • Basic computer knowledge, including experience with Word and Excel preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Driving to and from Customer locations, as well as an office setting.
  • Customer locations can be restaurants, taverns, grocery stores and convenience stores
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally bend. Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
