The Starting Hourly Rate is $19.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $19.25 USD - $28.90 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their needs.
• Make guests aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Explain and help with Target Loyalty programs and enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering) and assist with enrollment and use.
• Assist with returns following policies, and involve leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely; report hazards and follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders and related duties in compliance with laws, including beverage laws where applicable.
• All other duties based on business needs.
