We are seeking a Licensed Junior Commercial Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Puyallup, WA. The Junior Commercial Property Manager will help assist with day-to-day property management operations including lease administration, assisting with lease negotiations, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Responsibilities also include coordinating property maintenance, and handling tenant inquiries. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and support the optimization of property performance.

• 1-2 years of experience in property management or real estate field (Preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
