We know you want to practice high-quality medicine with a great staff. We know you want in-house bloodwork, digital radiology (dental too!), and a modern, dedicated surgery suite. You also most likely want paperless records. River Road Animal Hospital can offer all that, but so do other practices.

• We have 4 other experienced doctors who actually enjoy rounding.
• Four experienced vet techs who are eager to work and are fun to be around.

We’re appointment only, so no walk‑ins, no on‑call, no emergency coverage (we have several great emergency clinics within a 45-minute drive).

We do not work weekends, and there is a built‑in 3-day weekend every month.

We are currently doing a major construction project. We are updating our treatment room, surgery kennels, all 6 of our exam rooms, and adding 2 more exam rooms.

Competitive base salary with commission — and 30K signing bonus.

Mentorship, if you’re looking for it. We routinely discuss cases and ideas. We can absolutely do more hands‑on or structured mentorship as well.

One surgery day a week.

Must have or be able to get a Veterinary License in the State of Washington. new grads are welcome to apply. Full-time or part-time.

We cannot sponsor foreign veterinarians at this time.

We are Prosal with a 110K to 130K base (depending on experience), and we are offering a $30,000 signing bonus
