POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Inpatient case manager to perform post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge.
Responsibilities- Inpatient case management focused on post-discharge planning and resource provision.
- WA/compact RN License
- BSN
- 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management
- 4 years of overall nursing experience
- Travel experience
- Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
- Epic experience
- ER and Utilization Review Experience
13 weeks
Shift / Hours10H Days - 4/10s every other weekend.

Facility LocationLocated just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
