POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Inpatient case manager to perform post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge.

• Inpatient case management focused on post-discharge planning and resource provision.

• WA/compact RN License
• BSN
• 2 years of recent acute inpatient case management
• 4 years of overall nursing experience
• Travel experience
• Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
• Epic experience

• ER and Utilization Review Experience

13 weeks

10H Days - 4/10s every other weekend.
