We are seeking a proactive and compassionate RN or LPN to join us as Director of Resident Services and lead our care team at Deer Ridge memory care.

Full‑time position with a salary of $105,000–$115,000, dependent on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities.

As a healthcare professional ready to direct operations and pave the way for a high level of senior care, you will oversee the Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care/Assisted Living program services.

• Direct the operation of the Community’s resident services department
• Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non‑licensed staff
• Evaluate residents’ condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance required
• Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis
• Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to resident services
• Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain a current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in the residing state
• Must be drug‑free and submit to drug screening upon hire
• Previous experience in a supervisory position (geriatrics preferred)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First‑Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
