Food Production Job Duties and Requirements:

• Prepare and cook large quantities of food following standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the cooking and storage process.
• Monitor and maintain cooler and freezer inventory, submitting supply orders as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and deliver high-quality food to staff and guests in a professional manner.
• Must possess a current Washington State Food Handler's Card or obtain one immediately.
