What You’ll Be DoingOperate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support production targets.
Monitor, adjust, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Perform routine inspections and address basic mechanical issues.
Support site housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe work area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent product quality and workflow.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial or mechanical equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in daily operations.
Dependable work habits with consistent follow-through on tasks.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$30.47 to $47.28 per hour
