Job Overview

Oversee the performance of a store to ensure it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and merchandising objectives. Directly responsible for growing and managing sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and controllable expenses, and for executing company‑developed programs. Hire proficient applicants, train and develop them, and set an expectation of excellent customer service and a great workplace culture through personal example.

Responsibilities
  • Hire only “A” players to support the following objectives:
    • Meet or exceed sales budget.
    • Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal.
    • Meet or exceed labor rate goal.
    • Achieve shrink percentage of .4% or better.
    • Meet or exceed gross margin budget for the fiscal year.
    • Meet or exceed APC goal.
    • Drive customer count increase over last year.
    • Meet or exceed Mystery Shop goal of 95%.

Qualifications
  • Successful completion of all training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform training.
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.

Pay Range

$18.41 – $24.86 per hour
