A leading IT service provider in Puyallup is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate (Tier
1) to be the first point of support for clients. You will handle incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and network systems, and ensure excellent client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of service desk experience, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365, and a valid driver's license for occasional site visits. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations for our clients.
