A company is looking for a Managing Consultant - Tech & Impl.
Key Responsibilities :- Provide functional strategic guidance for project planning, system architecture, and overall solution design
- Advise Project Leads on best practices to enhance project outcomes and solution feasibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with business, functional, and technical teams in a client‑facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Certification in at least one SAP HCM or Success Factors module
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system implementations or solutions architecture
- Expertise in implementation of Success Factors modules and SAP integration
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources industry best practices
