Job Description:

The Surg Tech will support surgical operations by preparing and maintaining operating rooms, assisting with procedures, and ensuring instruments and equipment are properly set up and sterilized. Experience in ortho, sports medicine, spine, and robotics is required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery and assist the surgical team during procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and available as needed.
• Participate in call coverage and occasional weekend shifts as determined by departmental needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of acute/inpatient OR experience; strong OR experience is essential.
• BLS certification and state registration for surgical tech are mandatory.
• Proficient in Epic charting system.
• Flexible, teamwork-oriented, with a good attitude.
