Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 1 months within the past 6 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System and no current placement allowed at Program:
Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System.

Additional Details:

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of ICU experience.

Skills required:

Cardiac rhythm interpretation, Vent management, invasive line management, ostomy, general drains, trachs.

Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will Not be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends will vary depending on the needs of the unit. Schedule provided 3 weeks at a time, received around 10 days prior to schedule beginning. No holiday requests, self scheduling, on-call. If requesting time off, must be willing to add to the end of the assignment.

Floating Requirements: Could float for partial shifts. Will float within scope of practice and below.

5 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
