Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist

Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(No evenings, weekends, or holidays!)
Pay Range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team.

As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive, supportive experience from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome Patients with Care: Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a calm and welcoming environment.

  • Support Daily Clinic Operations: Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicate with Confidence: Answer phones, relay messages, and provide patients with appointment and pre-procedure information.

  • Maintain an Organized Front Office: Keep the lobby and reception areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
