This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puyallup, WA, for a Placement Specialist. The Placement Specialist will assist families in identifying and securing appropriate care or senior living options. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, coordinating care plans, maintaining professional communication with families and providers, and ensuring a supportive experience. The role may also involve training and supporting staff and contributing to recruiting efforts for caregiving resources.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with families and care providers professionally
• Analytical skills to assess client needs effectively and strategize appropriate placement solutions
• Experience in Training and Recruiting to build and enhance a network of caregiving professionals
• Empathy, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage complex care plans
• Familiarity with elder care or senior living industries is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in workplace technology and care management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
