Salary: $85,000‑$105,000 per year

Sign‑on Bonus:

• Review patients’ medical history, assess current conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Diagnose and manage patients using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to improve pain, mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
• Hand therapy experience or interest is available but not required
