RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in the Summit, Burien - Puyallup, Washington area. This full‑time position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Type: Full‑Time

Location: Summit, Burien - Puyallup, Washington

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000, dependent on experience

Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $15,000

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Washington
