Experience Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist Assistant to become part of our dynamic healthcare team. You'll collaborate closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional patient care in our modern outpatient facility. - Assist Physical Therapists with patient evaluations
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Monitor patient progress and report to PT
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Document patient treatments and progress
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Associate degree from accredited PTA program
- Current Washington state PTA license
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- 1+ years of outpatient experience
- Experience with electronic documentation
- Specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities
