Job Description

The Government Services Administration (GSA) Vehicle Program Specialist is responsible for managing all operational activities related to the GSA vehicle program at assigned branch locations. The role ensures that GSA vehicles are received, inspected, and prepared for sale in accordance with GSA and company compliance standards. It requires broad operational knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

The position acts as the primary point of contact for GSA representatives, coordinating vehicle logistics, scheduling maintenance and inspections, and ensuring timely, accurate processing of all GSA-related inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for all incoming and outgoing GSA vehicles, perform detailed inspections, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Evaluate vehicle condition and coordinate required services, including oil changes, diagnostic checks, and body work, and verify completion of repairs.
  • Serve as the branch’s primary contact for GSA representatives, provide timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain professional communication.
  • Complete and maintain all GSA records, inspection reports, and transactional documentation in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Promote and follow all company safety policies, ensure proper use of PPE, maintain yard safety protocols, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
  • Perform general branch support activities as needed, including vehicle check‑in, data entry for auction preparation, assisting partners, and supporting office tasks.
Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and coordinate repair or diagnostic needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with proven customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital inspection and record‑keeping tools.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, exercising sound judgment in daily decision‑making.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle title processes and auction operations.
  • Experience supporting government contracts, GSA programs, or fleet marshalling operations.
