The Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and overseeing daily operational activities of the classroom.

• Develop and maintain a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Lead and coach the teaching team, assessing progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support development.
• Support child development milestones and well‑being.

• Experience working with children from birth to 5 years.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
• Ability to manage classroom operations and address parental concerns.

• Minimum 1 year of professional child care experience.
• Strong oral, written, and basic computer skills.
• High energy and teamwork orientation.
• Infant/child CPR & First Aid certification.
• Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or related field (≥30 ECE credits).
• Clear full background check and health screening.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands (walking, bending, etc.).
