Service Support Specialist - Hyundai

Korum Automotive Group is looking for a Service Support Specialist to join our team to enhance the customer experience in our Service Department. This position assists customers by answering incoming calls, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, or routing calls to appropriate team members. Make follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure quality service satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating the completion of deliverables "we-owe" to customers and internal repair orders, including ordering parts, repair order write-up, vendor scheduling, and customer notification.

Process payments for the service department. Assists with warranty and insurance claim documentation and processing. Accepts payments for the service department.

May serve as backup to other positions as needed including Service Porter, Warranty Specialist, or Service Advisor.

Pay Range: $20.42 to $28.08

Targeting Hiring Range: $20.42 to $24.25 per hour

Desired Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous call center experience a plus
• 6 months related experience preferred
• Ability to use and learn computer software programs

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
