Overview

Meridian Collision Center, Puyallup, WA is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with customers.
• Ability to greet and engage with customers on the phone and in person.
• Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

• Greeting and checking in customers.
• Must have great phone etiquette and scheduling skills.
• Set up repair order files.
• Customer service-oriented and positive upbeat attitude.
• Basic computer/typing skills (will train on collision repair software).
• The ability to multi-task is mandatory.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Taking payments.
• Filing.
• Time management.

• $ per hour (DOQ).
