Absher Construction is looking for a reliable, organized, and service‑oriented Part‑Time Office Assistant to support our Puyallup office. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly by supporting daily operations, employees, visitors, and project teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep common areas, kitchens, and conference rooms clean, stocked, and organized
  • Answer and route incoming calls as backup support
  • Prepare new hire and safety binders
  • Track, order, and manage office and jobsite supplies
  • Coordinate lunch orders and meeting support
  • Support shipping, mail, and courier services
  • Maintain basic tracking spreadsheets and records
  • Provide administrative support to office leadership and HR
  • Assist with special projects and flexible coverage as needed

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 40 lbs with assistance)
  • Availability for part-time schedule (Monday to Friday 10:30am - 4:00pm) with occasional early coverage (7:30am or 8:00am)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

Pay Transparency: $20 USD - $23 USD
