The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors or other managers within the department. This individual will also be responsible for running payroll for our clients as well as preparation state and federal filings.
Responsibilities- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems as required by managers and income tax staff
- Quarterly payroll filings including all Federal and State filings
- Provide administrative support to management when required
- Assist as needed with Department of Revenue filings
- Associates in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 Years of Bookkeeping and Payroll Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, payroll rules and bookkeeping principles
