Overview
Step into the Role of Advanced CNC Operator. As an Advanced CNC Operator, you're at the center of our production team, bringing precision and expertise to every task you undertake.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure machine tools are working properly and product quality is checked before forwarding for inspection.
- You ll help drive our lean manufacturing goals by spotting potential for setup reduction and other efficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are returned after work.
- Provide feedback on operations and suggest improvements whenever possible.
- Accurate record-keeping through our E2 management system is essential.
- Minimum five years working within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on CNC operations.
- Proficiency with reading technical blueprints and an understanding of hydraulic press operations.
- Experience with programming Amada NT & NC9 machines is favorable.
- Basic computer knowledge and a valid driver’s license are required.
