Base pay range $18.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Your Role: Become the driving force in our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate precision CNC equipment and craft and refine the programs that enable production.

• Master the setup and running of CNC machinery based on detailed documentation and drawings.
• Fulfill manufacturing process requirements, ensuring quality at every step before inspection.
• Maintain production standards, keeping fluid levels and equipment clean as part of daily routine.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on developing concerns.
• Diversify tasks by engaging in non‑CNC operations as needed.
• Champion lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements; contribute ideas to our 6S team leaders.
• Master our E2 management tool, ensuring job data is precise and up to date.
• Take on a range of tasks beyond your usual remit when necessary.

• Blueprint literacy: translate technical documents into operational success.
• Zeal for assessing, challenging, and optimizing existing processes.
• Impeccable organization and prioritization skills for project management.
• Confident, independent work ethic with excellent communication abilities.
• Proven acumen in CNC program analysis and editing.
• Competent in using inspection gauges and basic computer functions.

• 5 years in relevant CNC machine roles, reflecting depth of hands‑on experience.

• A valid driver’s license is essential.

Tasks involve mobility and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision precision is crucial. Reasonable accommodations under the ADA are available.

Noise levels are typically moderate, occasional PPE may be necessary. Flexibility for evolving job needs is expected.
