• Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Perform mechanical assembly and ensure quality manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with extrusion operators and the maintenance team.
• Take initiative to learn and adapt to new processes.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in mechanical skills, mechanical assembly, quality, manufacturing, or operating.
• Ability to work and stand on feet for 8 hours a day.
• Fluency in reading and writing English due to heavy documentation requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

• Experience with hand tools and machine setup.
• Mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work various shifts and overtime when necessary.

This role is based in a clean and innovative manufacturing facility where you will work closely with the extrusion operators and the maintenance team. The company is a leader in medical extrusion products and offers a growing and supportive environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Putnam, CT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
