While reporting to the Director of Operations as the Plant Manager
, you will be responsible for succeeding in Thermo Safe’s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the (Location) plant.

• Developing the plant’s annual operating budget
• Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
• Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
• Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction

Putnam, CT

• You have a four‑year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• You have 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred
• You have experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership
