Technical Business Engagement Analyst

Overview

This role provides application support for Pepsi Co's Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems, which support safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise. The Application Support Analyst will manage day-to-day production support, including monitoring tickets, troubleshooting application and data issues, and supporting users across a global environment. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to navigate applications, databases, and operating systems, and clear communication with business users and technical teams.

• Support all applications in the Pepsi Co Global Environment, Health and Safety area, covering Health/Safety, Environment, and Sustainability functions.
• Identify and resolve application and data issues.
• Navigate databases using moderate SQL skills.
• Communicate technical issues with internal customers.

• Expected compensation range: $84,000 – $140,650.
• Bonus based on performance: 8% of annual salary paid annually.

• Problem‑solving skills for identifying application and data issues.
• Moderate technical navigation skills, including operating systems, SOAP UI experience a plus.
• Database navigation skills – moderate SQL.
• Communication skills for socializing technical issues with internal customers across all sectors.
