Duration: 6 months + possible extension.

Technical Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis including defining Insurance business, functional and reporting requirements and conducting user acceptance testing for business-critical solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with Guidewire Claim Center systems is required. Detailed claims processing knowledge and excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Experience With Guidewire Policy Center Is Preferred

• Proven hands‑on experience in writing and executing MS SQL queries is required.

Agile Methodology Experience a Plus, But Not Required

• Industry knowledge of claims processing for the Insurance or Reinsurance markets.

General Qualifications

• Extensive experience in using standard project tools including Microsoft Team Foundation Server (via Visual Studio), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders. Must be a team player who works well with technical and non‑technical resources.
• Strong initiative, able to self‑manage. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Team player who works well with technical and business resources.
• Personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines.
